Newest updates in the Apple world

Despite all the news from the conference last week, and the details surrounding the widely appreciated new iPhone launch, there’s more floating about in the Apple airwaves. Check out this week’s highlights:

Chris Foresman over at Ars Technica tries to fill us in on the conflicting reports of how quickly users are upgrading to the new iPhone OS 3.0. This update, which offers many benefits to iPhone users, seems to be increasing daily. Read the full report here.

He also tells us about a recent lawsuit: Apple is being sued by an Illinois couple, who claims that Apple is selling “fraudulent” iTunes gift cards.
