Love Major League Baseball? So do I. And that’s why I am excited about the release of a new iPhone app featuring live streaming of all MLB games to iPhone and iPod Touch.
MLB.com has connected its wired MLB.TV subscription packages with its At Bat iPhone app on Wednesday, now allowing streaming of every regular and postseason game to baseball’s biggest fans.
The $9.99 app allows users who already have subscriptions to MLB.TV and MLB.TV Premium packages to watch games live from their phone or computer. The games are to be streamed over its Wi-Fi connection or 3G network, and can also be paused and rewound while playing.
Blacked out games will not be streamed live, although these games will later appear in the archives after the game, making it easy to see them all.
Those who already own the At Bat app will receive two games each day, though chosen by MLB.com.
