Apple has taken MobileMe to the next level with the recent announcement that a new, live chat support will be available to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MobileMe is the key to convenience, keeping all of your information easily accessible, allowing you to access it online, no matter where you might be. Replacing .Mac, the service allows users to connect their Address Book and iCal information from their Macs to the online server and their iPhone.

Because of the convenience that the new chat service offers, this ups the ante by giving real-time support for any customer who might have an issue, and need to find an answer straightaway.

With MobileMe you have access to most of your services, including your email, address book, calendars, photos, in addition to applications and account information. With this all accessible straight from a Web Browser, the new support instantly gives feedback if you run into any issues along the way. It’s as easy as visiting the Support section of the site and clicking “Chat Now”.
