New versions of Apple’s 13 and 15-inch notebooks include the same battery technology that is already available in the 17-inch version. This increases battery life from five to seven hours.
The 13-inch Macbook is built the same as the others: one solid piece of aluminum giving you a thin, light, streamlined, and durable Mac. This means the 13-inch Macbook has also been upgraded to the MacBook Pro line, leaving past generation of basic Macbooks behind.
Apple has also included built-in SD card slots to most of its aluminum-body Macs.
The recyclable and energy efficient Macs are designed to be eco-friendly, harnessing the optimal power needed from hardware and software to get your specific tasks done. (Read more here).
They also feature high-performance NVIDIA graphics and an updated backlight, giving you the best viewing experience.
Prices have also dropped substantially;
- 13-inch. Starts at $1199.
- 15-inch. Starts at $1699.
- 17-inch. Starts at $2499.
